2011 Annual Dragonfly Society of the Americas Annual Convention

The 2011 DSA Annual Convention was held in Fort Collins, Colorado. The group went on field trips to Chambers Lake area, Red Feather Lakes area, Pond north of Lost Lake, Parvin Lake, Mount Margaret trail-head and other areas around Fort Collins.

The Annual meeting of the DSA was held on Saturday, July 9th, at the Colorado State University where such topics as Dragonfly Nature Touring in Costa Rica, Where have all the damselflies gone?, Mapping Suitable River Reaches for Sensitive Odonates, The Migratory Dragonfly Partnership, Odonata Fauna of the James River - Virginia, The West Virginia Dragonfly Atlas and A new Cordulegaster for North America were presented.
